My perfect Christmas at the hard rock hotel seemed great until it wasn’t, but the part that got me the most was the fact that no one tried to make it better in any way. I’ve never experienced anything like this in any other hotel I’ve been not to mention that there was a couple next to my room or above me and they were having such loud sex. I mean, everything about my stay was horrible. The water was lukewarm, bathroom had no shampoo, lotion, toilet paper was like sand paper.
I’m sorry, I hate to be this person, but I was looking forward to staying here after a successful first time, but I didn’t get the room I asked for when I upgraded and the kid at the counter seemed to not care for it except for offering a “free” rollaway bed which then I had to ask to bring up.
